Who operates this site
WoW Forever Song / Azeroth Sound Archive operates wowforeversong.com. Privacy enquiries can be sent to legal@wowforeversong.com. The site does not require an account and does not ask visitors to submit a listening history.
Infrastructure and basic logs
Cloudflare delivers the site and may process IP address, device and browser information, requested URLs, security signals and timestamps to operate the network, prevent abuse and diagnose availability. These infrastructure records may be processed outside a visitor's country under Cloudflare's published terms and retention practices.
YouTube media
Track pages initially show a local placeholder and do not load a YouTube frame. Choosing “Load and play” connects to youtube-nocookie.com, where Google may receive an IP address, device identifiers, referring page, playback activity and cookies or local storage data under its own policies. The archive does not receive a personal playback profile from the embed.
Analytics and advertising
The Google tag is present to measure visits and navigation through the archive, but all four Google Consent Mode v2 signals default to denied before the tag runs. Analytics storage is enabled only after a visitor grants that purpose through the consent message. With analytics storage denied, Google Analytics must not create its analytics cookies. Google may still receive limited, cookieless measurement signals under advanced consent mode.
Google AdSense advertising is not active. The site publishes its seller authorisation file and account metadata, but does not load the AdSense advertising script or display advertising units. The Google Privacy & Messaging code is present only to deliver the certified consent interface. If advertising is enabled after site approval, advertising storage, user-data and personalisation choices will all be checked before an eligible manual ad slot can render.

Privacy choices
A Google-certified Privacy & Messaging consent interface is deployed for visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. It provides Consent, Do not consent and Manage options choices and uses IAB TCF 2.3. The “Privacy choices” button in every page footer calls Google's official revocation interface so a visitor can review, change or withdraw a previous decision at any time. Changes update the site's analytics and advertising consent state immediately. Loading an individual YouTube video remains a separate visitor action.
Retention, rights and changes
The archive keeps only the operational records needed to publish and secure the site; service providers apply their own documented retention periods. You may ask about access, correction, deletion or objection rights that apply in your jurisdiction by emailing the address above. Material policy changes will receive a new effective date on this page.
